I was amazed in January that time has gotton away from me and now it is March. SE has been busy! Most people rest in the slow season, not SE! We plan for the future and work to secure and grow SE, and that is just what this PBCtm has been up to!
March 14 was the St.Patricks Day parade at the Lake of the Ozarls. I never have entered this parade thinking it would cost too much but a week before the parade I decided to call and find out, what I found out was you can not afford to pass it up! This $20 entry fee...yep, I said $20 got me interested. So,my parents, husband and a few close friends threw a lil something something together and took third place! Next year, we will take first you watch, ok, yes, I am a lot competitive, I am a scorpio, I can not help it!

This past January I secured an association for wedding vendors at the Lake of the Ozarks. We now have the Lake of the Ozark Wedding Association, for details the meetings are posted on my upcoming events. As a group we are planning big things here at the Lake keep posted so you don't miss anything!

The past few weeks I have been thinking outside of the box. I know we are all hurting due to the econ but I also know brides are still getting married. I understand elliminating unnecessary purchases and people a PBCtm is not one of those to be elliminated. We save you money over cost you! Since the articles I have written in magazines as well as the public speaking that I have done has not seem to drive this home to the public yet I have decided to sub contract SE to veunes so that I can help the venues but most importantly so that I can help you, the bride! As of Monday March 21, 2009, Seven Springs Winery and Simply Elegant Wedding and Event PLanning L.L.C. have formed packages to better serve you the bride! The winery wants to be the best in the industry so they have hired the best, the best kitchen staff/chefs, the best catering manager, the best Professional Bridal COnsultant, oh wait I got ahead of myself! To late, you read that correctly, SE is now at the winery to help you. Yes, SE is still available for weddings outside of the winery as well as outside of the area but you will always find SE at Seven Springs Winery. Packages are still being built between the two businesses, we are striving to give you the most bang for your buck without the sting! Neither of us will rest until we find something that will make everyone happy! When those are finished I will make sure to post them!

SE has also been talking with Toad Cove about bacholerette and bacholor parties. You will not believe what they have come up with for you guys! I will have that posted soon as well.

I am taking down the SE Spring Cleaning page, I know I never got it fully up but I had a vendor stop me in the middle and said that they would buy what I wanted to get rid of, so I waited, and waited and finally I heard something. So sorry to everyone. I do access to everything that was listed if you ever want me to order anything for you!

SE is also talking with a few other locations to help you guys out. Since there are not any contracts on them yet, I will not mention names but if I can seal the deal with this one....it is HUGE!
